Need to make a return?

We at Free The Roses hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return for any reason, here are the details:

*Can’t print the shipping label?
Our team has noticed that some mobile devices unable to print the shipping label. In this case, we recommend that you do a return process or label print on desktop or laptop. We are currently investigating and fixing the issue, and we will normalize it as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.


What are my return options?

Domestic Returns

Get refunded faster with our easy online returns process.

  1. To start, go to top of the current page or open “RETURNS” page from the footer area.
  2. Click “RETURN” from “NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?” tab.
  3. Fill out the Order# and Zip Code that was provided when you place the order. Click “Look up your order” button.
  4. Select the items that you desire to return and click “Submit Request” button.
  5. Click “Print Return Label” button to print the pre-paid shipping label for your return.

You will receive an email once your return has been processed (make sure to check your spam folder). Once processed, please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be credited back to your original form of payment.

Please note that this service is currently only available for US customers (ONLY) excluding US territories.


Restocking Fee

Please note, a $6.99 restocking fee will be charged for all returns.


Return Process Time

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed. We will email you once it is processed. Get refunded faster with easy online returns and print pre-paid return label online. See our "Domestic Returns" for details.


Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to make a return for any reason, the items must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a full refund.

To be eligible for full refund, your items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be postmarked within the 30 days of delivered date.
  • Items must returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused condition. (Items found with signs of being worn or other noticeable stains will not be accepted.)
  • Items must be returned with original tags attached.

*Return labels will be not granted to returns that are requested after the initial 30-day period.
*Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
*Free The Roses reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.


Final Sale Return Policy

  1. Any return of a final sale item will not be issued any form of credit - refund, store credit or exchange.
  2. In the event you return a final sale item, you will be contacted to coordinate a return shipment back to you. You will also be responsible for the return shipment cost as you did not adhere to our Final Sale Terms & Conditions.
  3. After our email is sent, failure to communicate with us within 2 business days to coordinate your return shipment will result in forfeit of item without any form of credit.
  4. Defected items on final sale must be claimed for exchange within 7 days of receiving. The exchange will be the same item, color and size as the original order.

Refunds

Domestic
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the return has been processed. Please allow 2-3 business days once the item is received to process the return. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase.


Exceptions

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges on orders are not refundable.

Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
