Sales and Returns
If a promotional item is not marked as FINAL SALE and is eligible for return, and the customer wishes to return their item, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Final Sale
Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Any return of a final sale item will not be issued any form of credit - refund, store credit or exchange.
- In the event you return a final sale item, you will be contacted to coordinate a return shipment back to you. You will also be responsible for the return shipment cost as you did not adhere to our Final Sale Terms & Conditions.
- After our email is sent, failure to communicate with us within 2 business days to coordinate your return shipment will result in forfeit of item without any form of credit.
- Defected items on final sale must be claimed for exchange within 7 days of receiving. The exchange will be the same item, color and size as the original order.
Promotional Items Availability and Limitations
Promotional items are subject to availability and may be limited to certain quantities or eligible orders. Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Free The Roses may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Free The Roses reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Moreover, there may be occasions when Free The Roses confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event that we cannot supply a product you ordered, Free The Roses will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
Pricing And Price Reductions/Corrections
Free The Roses reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on Free The Roses store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
